Joseph Prasad is a distinguished legal professional with a comprehensive background in Corporate & Commercial Law, Family Law and Migration Services across Australia and New Zealand. Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia, and serving as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia & Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. Further enhancing his credentials, he is also an enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, showcasing his capability and recognition within multiple legal jurisdictions.
Joseph’s career is marked by his commitment to excellence and service. As an ex-member of the Accountants & Tax Agents Institute of New Zealand (ATAINZ) from 2015, he has demonstrated a strong foundation in financial and tax law, adding a unique dimension to his legal expertise. Between 2016 and 2020, Joseph dedicated himself to a Boutique Law Firm in Sydney practising in various areas of Law including immigration law. As a Migration Agent registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), where he played a pivotal role in assisting clients with their migration needs and challenges.
In addition to his legal practice, Joseph is a respected Company Director, where he brings his legal acumen to the corporate world, guiding corporate strategy and governance with a keen legal eye. His commitment to providing access to justice is evident through his role as a Panel Member for Legal Aid NSW, where he contributes to ensuring that legal services are accessible to those in need.

Ken is a paralegal with KJV Lawyers in the Burwood Office.
Ken predominantly works in Family & Criminal Law areas . He assists the Legal Practioners in liaising with clients, witnesses and barristers, as well as preparing of correspondence, statements and court documents. He strives to improve his knowledge in all areas of law
Ken is passionate about achieving positive results for clients, and keeping them informed through every step of the process.
Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Dawin University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from College of Sydney, Sydney NSW.
He loves music, travelling and driving.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Peter practices primarily in criminal law, in local and district courts. His trial experience includes: assault; break and enter; larceny; armed robbery; kidnapping and sexual assault.
He also specializes in personal injury, and particularly psychiatric injury caused as a result of historical abuse.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Peter was a high school music teacher for many years, and also worked with some of the most disadvantaged people in our society as a community worker in Redfern.
With a varied professional background and life experience, Peter is truly a gifted persuader, and fearless advocate.
Peter is the founder of the How to pass the bar exam course, which prepares lawyers to sit the bar exam.
Peter holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology, Sydney, a Masters of Education from Western Sydney University, a Masters in Leadership from the University of Manchester, a Bachelor of Musical Education from the NSW State Conservatorium of Music and Fellowship and Licentiate Diplomas in performance from the Trinity College (London).
